Understand risk
Identify legal exposure, obligations and important unknowns before commitment.
Preventive legal platform
VakilKomak was created to make the first legal question easier to ask—before a contract, investment, partnership or dispute becomes a larger problem.

Founder and formation philosophy
The idea, investment, ownership and overall management of VakilKomak belong to Hamidreza Karami. The platform reflects his wider approach of identifying tomorrow’s problem today and designing a clearer structure before crisis.
Many legal problems begin when a decision has already been made: a contract was signed, money entered a partnership, a guarantee was given or a deadline was missed. A short legal conversation beforehand can change the path.
VakilKomak therefore focuses on awareness before action. The free initial consultation removes the first access barrier; it is a mechanism, not the whole identity of the platform.
Initial consultation is available by phone and in person. The team first clarifies the subject, urgency, documents and next sensible step. If no further action is needed, that guidance can be the final outcome. If drafting, detailed review, negotiation, representation or a case is required, the specialist service is defined separately.
Our approach
Identify legal exposure, obligations and important unknowns before commitment.
Consider a clearer contract, responsibility model or negotiation path.
When specialist work is needed, connect the matter to a lawyer or legal professional suited to the field.
Future technology may support document intake, classification, matter management, deadlines and professional collaboration. It is intended to support—not replace—the judgment of a qualified lawyer.
